Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
How COI Guard uses cookies and similar technologies.
This policy is maintained by the app owner and describes the cookies currently set by COI Guard.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies such as localStorage keep small pieces of data on your device so the app can remember your session and preferences.
Essential cookies
COI Guard sets essential authentication cookies and stores your session token so you stay signed in while moving between pages. Without them, sign-in and protected pages cannot work.
Preference storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your selected interface language, so the app opens in the same language next time. This data is stored locally on your device and never leaves your browser.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. If analytics services such as Google Analytics are introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.
Third-party cookies
When you complete a payment, Stripe may set cookies required for secure checkout and fraud prevention. Brevo may also use technical technologies required for the secure delivery of transactional emails. Authentication cookies are managed by our platform provider on our behalf.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent access to the dashboard.
Future cookie consent
If optional cookies are introduced in the future, you will be able to manage your preferences through a cookie consent banner. Until then, only the cookies and storage technologies described above are used.
